Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalitha spoke on the progress report released by the UPA second on completion of its third year. She has said that average people in the country have already forgotten that there’s governance in the country and where’s the scope to talk of development.
Jayalalitha has made these statements in the wake of UPA releasing its annual report on the development as a move to put a check to the allegations of the oppositions. It may be noted that the opposition parties in the country have been spitting venom on the UPA alleging its inefficiency.
Answering to one of the questions by a reporter, Jayalalitha has said that she hasn’t shifted her focus on 2014 elections. She has also said that how could she tell as to who would BJP nominate as presidential candidate. Notably, Jayalalitha telephoned former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu, CPM general secretary Prakash Karat and other top political leaders and reportedly sought them to support Sangma as the President.
