Whenever, we hear the title ‘Mahaa Nati’, we remember Veteran Actress Saavitri, who has done many rewarding roles, will be remembered for her Performance skills, even today.

Recently, Anushka has done a rewarding role, in Vikram’s starrer ‘Nanna’. Anushka’s role of a lawyer in the film was out and out performance oriented role in the film. Many critics have appreciated the role of Anushka. But, the director of the film, Vijay, has appreciated Anushka and even compared her performance to that of Saavitri. The director tagged Anushka as ‘Mahaa Nati’.

But, some of the film critics have not agreed to the director’s view about Anushka’s performance. They are saying no doubt Anushka has given her best and one of the matured performance in the film, but, this is definitely not as great as to that of Actress Saavitri.

Well, this means, Anushka has to concentrate on more and more performance oriented roles, before getting more rewards, for her acting skills.
