The body of Mr Yadi Reddy, who ended his life in Delhi on Wednesday for the sake of Telangana, was cremated today in his native village Pedamangalaram in Ranga Reddy district amid slogans of ‘Yadi Reddy Amar Rahe’ and ‘Jai Telangana’ by hundreds of Telangana supporters.
TRS leaders Harish Rao, K. Taraka Rama Rao, Etela Rajender and Allam Narayana along with hundreds of T supporters attended the funeral and wowed to fulfill his dream of attaining the separate state of Telangana.
Meanwhile, chief minister Kirankumar reddy, who is on a tour of the Chittor district, condoled the death of Yadi Reddy and expressed his condolences to the members of his family.
