Karimnagar congress MP Mr Ponnam Prabhakar said today that the limited version of fast undertaken by the YSR Congress president Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy at Armur in Nizamabad district in the name of farmers’ problems had flopped.

Addressing media persons at Kothapalli in Jammikunta Mandalam of Karimnagar district, Prabhakar said Jagan’s speech in his fasting camp was aimed at provoking the farmers. “You are a corporate business man and you don’t know any thing about farmers. Try to know about farmers before you speak about them next time,” he told Jagan.

Prabhakar said the state government has been working for the welfare of the farmers and no scheme of the late YSR regime has been discontinued with.

TDP too attacks Jagan

TDP today attacked Jagan saying he has been criticizing the TDP without knowing the facts.
Speaking to reporters in Nizamabad today, TDP senior leader Mr Mandava Venkateswara rao said not even a single project launched by the regime of the late YSR has been finished till date.

“Jagan has been speaking as if to convey that all the irrigation projects were built during the regime of his late father but he must know not even a single project has been completed,” he said, adding that YSR had given contracts of all projects to his own men. (JUBS)
