PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, who was at Tirumala last night to seek blessings of Lord Balaji, has took on YSR Congress party chief Jaganmohan Reddy. He has alleged that Jagan’s aim was to cry foul on the newspapers and news channels. He has questioned Jagan whether criticizing other media was not a damage caused to the freedom of the press. He has supported the government’s act of withholding government ads to Sakshi newspaper and news channel. Also, he said it would not look proper if Jagan, who is facing CBI charges would be supported.

Botsa has said that Jagan leaving Congress made no effect on the party as Chiranjeevi came into Congress. He has also exuded confidence that Congress would sweep by-polls to 18 assembly constituencies.

Taking on the main opposition TDP, Botsa Satyanarayana has alleged that there were no instances wherein Chandrababu Naidu spoke truth when he was a chief minister as well as the opposition leader. Therefore, he said, people were not in a position to trust what Chandrababu Naidu says.
