The ruling Congress party had organised a meet to see what went wrong in the Parakala byelections where the TRS and YSRCP took the firts two places. The meet oragnised on Sunday had to be abruptly ended as the cadre of a specific group turned berserk. The other group also retorted and it was a free for all.

As per the sources the congress flex in Parkala meet was allgeed to have a small inset of the Government Chief Whip G Venkata Ramana Reddy, who hails from the place. So his followers complained the issue and also threw accusations at certain leaders. They claimed that the leaders had sold themeselves to the YSR Congress party during the byelections. They also said even certain Ministers were also silently supporting the opposition party. That were the main reasons recalled the cadre for the defeat.

This infuriated the other groups attending the meeting and instantly a melee emerged with a free for all situation. It is also noted that the Reddy group also took out protest on the highway.
