The state and the central governments are showering step motherly treaments on the Telangana region, laments Telangana Rashtra Samithi Leader Vinodh. He lamented that while the hike in quota of medical seats for six colleges in the undivided state were recomended to the centre.
This was in turn forwarded to the Medical Council of India. However only three colleges from the seemandhra region got the hike in the quota, while prestegeous institutions like the Osmania, Gandhi and Kakatiya were deprived of the hike. The senior leader questioned the disparity in allocating the medical seats quota hike.
