The ACB Court in Hyderabad has turned down the bail plea of the former justice Pattabhiram, who was arrested for his alleged involvement in cash-for-bail to Gali Janardhan Reddy. The court quashed his petition. It may be recalled that ACB officials arrested CBI Judge Pattabhiram on June 19. The Andhra Pradesh High Court on May 31 suspended Pattabhiram and handed over the case to ACB since he faced allegations of illegal gratification.
