The former minister, Shankar Rao who will be in news for raising issues against people in news, has filed a complaint against the agent of his officer Umesh Kumar alleging that the agent had stolen his letterhead. The stolen letterhead was forwarded to the UPSC against the police boss Dinesh Reddy and asked UPSC not to allow him to continue in top slot since he was a corrupted officer. When UPSC received this letterhead, it was sent to the state government, which found that the letter was fake.

In his complaint Shankar Rao has said that he never wrote a letter to the UPSC and stressed that his letterhead was stolen from the office.
