The all party meeting is underway at north block of the Parliament wherein home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde is recording the statements of the political party representatives. As expected earlier, BJP has handed over a letter to the government in favour of formation of Telangana state. The party state president Kishan Reddy- in the letter-mentioned that the centre should stick to the statement made on December 9, 2009.

Also, BJP stressed that a bill on Telangana formation should be moved in the parliament. Regarding the same, the party demanded to arrange special parliamentary sessions to discuss the same. Further, the party stressed it would give its complete support to the centre in its effort to carve out Telangana state.

Meanwhile, a large number of people gathered outside the parliament. The police, however, took them into custody. The sources said that the media was also being sent away from that place. Today's all party meeting has gained prominence in the wake of TDP stating that it would make its stand clear in the all party meeting. What's TDP, YSRC and Congress' say on Telangana issue has become a topic of the town now.
