Today's Assembly session summary

The debate on Telangana bill in Andhra Pradesh Assembly had a smooth flow today. Initially YSRCP party interrupted the discussion but later they walked out of the house in terms of protest. Assembly Affairs Minister Sailajanath had huge cup of share in today's debate. “I'm rejecting this bill with regards to unity. Visalandhra moment started in Telangana region itself and people of Telangana invited us to Hyderabad so Kurnool capital was shifted to this region. According to 610 G.O. only 14 thousand employees have illegally got jobs in Telangana region and Hyderabad. Our government has sent them back and it is because one leader who did not get minister post, Telangana moment gained importance,” said Sailajanath in Assembly.

Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy objected the statements of Sailajanath. “Telangana moment did not start because of denial of Minister post to a leader. Infact no leader of our region was involved in scams and corruptions,” said Revanth. TRS MLA KT Rama Rao backed Revanth's statements and also said no more extension can be asked for debate on T-bill. He opined that a day and night discussion can make things faster and more time would test the patience of people of Telangana.
