Prime Minister's Office [PMO] came to rescue Manmohan Singh who is being criticized by the ex-secretaries through their books. PMO's communication advisor Pankaj Pachauri hosted a press conference yesterday and addressed the media that all development over the last decade witnessed a rapid growth.
“In past 10 years, the kind of progress and development that the country has seen is more than anything made in the history of mankind in any democracy anywhere in the world,” Pankaj. The PMO also released the stats of development that took place under Manmohan's rule and the PMO claimed that Manmohan wasn't given enough chance and time to talk in the Parliament.
The PMO has also designed a counter attack on BJP's Narendra Modi when Manmohan will be campaigning in Gujarat later this month.
