KTR Responds on Save Nallamala:- The Telangana Government granted permissions for uranium mining in the forest of Nallamala. There has been a huge outrage and social media erupted asking the Telangana government to preserve wildlife along with the forests. Some of them compared Nallamala to the Amazon forest. Spread across 3 lakh acres, Nallamala is one of the biggest forests in the country. Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan explained the importance of preserving Nallamala and how uranium mining can turn out to be a threat to humans.

Keeping an end to all the speculations, Telangana IT Minister KTR responded through his twitter handle. "I hear all of your concern on the issue of uranium mining in Nallamala forest. Assure you all that I shall personally discuss the matter with Hon’ble CM KCR Garu" posted KTR. He said that he will soon discuss about this issue with Chief Minister KCR personally. Several politicians and filmstars tweeted about Nallama forest.
