Biodiversity Flyover To Be Opened in Ten Days:- The brutal accident on the Biodiversity flyover created criticism on Telangana government. Soon, the government closed the Biodiversity flyover and appointed a committee to investigate the matter. It was closed for public in November and the latest update is that the Biodiversity flyover will be opened again in the next ten days. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation’s (GHMC’s) commissioner D.S. Lokesh Kumar revealed the news in a statement. A panel of four experts checked the construction and design after which they gave a clean chit.

The report was submitted to GHMC and it will be sent to the state government soon. The experts said that the speed limit on the Biodiversity flyover should not cross 40 kmph. The experts also suggested few measures to be taken to ensure the safety of the commuters. The expert committee also said that the vehicles and their speed should be monitored on a regular basis. The cops will be informed to levy huge fines for all those who drive rash on the Biodiversity flyover. They are also in plans to bring in barricades on the flyover during peak hours to prevent speeding.
