MHA Issues New Guidelines For Lockdown:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the extension of lockdown till May 3rd. He made sure that the new guidelines to be followed till May 3rd will be announced today. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) today released the list of guidelines. Here is the list:
Face cover or face mask is made mandatory in public places and workplaces. Spitting in public places is made a punishable offence.
All the inter-state, district, metro and other bus services will be halted across the country till May 3rd.
All the train services and flight services will not operate till May 3rd.
Educational services, coaching centers will remain shut till May 3rd.
Shopping malls, movie theatres, multiplexes, gyms, swimming pools, bars, sports complexes and others will be closed till the completion of lockdown.
All the public, religions and sports events are suspended till the lockdown gets lifted.
Agriculture, farming, Agri products, mandis related activities are permitted after April 20th.
Shops related to farms, supply chain, custom hiring centers and others can be opened after April 20th.
Pharmaceuticals, medical services and related activities can be operated after April 20th.
Government call centers, truck repair shops, highway dhabas can be open after April 20th.
Grocery stores, milk, meat and fish booths can be operated.
