Narendra Modi Declares His Assets, Turns Slightly Richer:- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared his assets and liabilities voluntarily today along with his colleagues of the Union cabinet. Narendra Modi owns Rs 2.85 crores as of June 30th 2020 which went up from Rs 2.49 crores which were declared in 2019. Narendra Modi declared that he has no debts. He holds Rs 31,450 in cash by the end of June and has an account balance of Rs 3.38 lakhs. His FD in State Bank of India in the Gandhinagar branch got increased to Rs 1,60,28,039. Narendra Modi also owns four gold rings which are worth Rs 1,51,875 and weigh 45 grams.
Narendra Modi revealed that he owns a plot in the Gandhinagar region worth Rs 1.1 crores. This property is owned by Narendra Modi along with three other family members. In his declaration, Narendra Modi made it clear that hee owns no cars and he has Life Insurance, National Savings Certificates (NSCs) along with Infrastructure Bonds. The Prime Minister saved taxes through the National Savings Certificates of Rs 8,43,124 and paid a premium of Rs 1,50,957 for Life Insurance.
