MIGs housing projects program launched by YS Jagan:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy revealed that the government is focused on the poor and their homes. The dream of poor people owning a house will be fulfilled soon through the scheme of Jagananna Smart Township. YS Jagan launched Jagananna Smart Township for the Middle Income Groups in Andhra Pradesh and the web portal of Jagananna Smart Township was launched in his Tadepalli residence. The residential plots for the middle-class people will be granted through this scheme and they can book the plots on their own. While speaking on the occasion, YS Jagan said that 31 lakh house pattas for the poor are provided for the poor in the first phase.

The construction of 15.6 lakh houses is under process for now. All those who are in Andhra Pradesh and are having income up to Rs 18 lakh per annum are eligible to apply for the plots of 150 square yards, 200 square yards and 240 square yards. The entire enrollment will happen in a transparent manner told YS Jagan through a computerized lottery and there would be no restrictions based on the caste, religion or any political affiliation. The plots are available in Anantapur's Dharmavaram, Guntur's Mangalagiri, Prakasam's Kandukur, West Godavari's Elurur, Kadapa's Rayachoti and Nellore's Kavali. The process will be taken to the constituency level soon.

All the eligible people can visit https://migapdtcp.ap.gov.in and apply by paying 10 percent of the total price. The first installment would be 30 percent and it has to be paid one month after the agreement is done. The second installment too would be 30 percent and it should be paid in six months. The remaining 30 percent should be paid during the registration process. Ten percent of these layouts will be reserved and allocated for the government employees. Municipal and urban development minister Botsa Satyanarayana, Chief Secretary Sameer Sharma, municipal urban development special chief secretary Y. Srilakshmi, municipal and urban development secretary M.V. Ramamanohara Rao were present.
