The students of the Nagarjuna University, who have launched an agitation demanding proper food facilities in the hostels since last night, today locked the University gates and have resorted to a sit-in in front of the main gate.

The students have alleged that the university has not been maintaining proper food facility and the food quality was also not up to the mark.

Since last night, the students have been resting on the main road. They have demanded the VC must come and talk to them on their problems. “We have been demanding proper facilities for the last few days but no one is caring. If the VC doesn’t come and talk to us, the university management will have to face serious consequences,” said the students.
