After Shadow movie had fallen flat before the box office, mass maharaja Ravi Teja seemed to have thought it would be a risky move to go ahead with the project of Meher Ramesh. Well, there's a buzz in the film circle that Ravi Teja has pushed Meher Ramesh's project in to the pipeline after he saw the response Shadow received. In fact, when Shadow movie was underway, Ravi Teja was approached by Meher Ramesh with a script for him.

Ravi Teja then swiftly agreed to the project and the movie was titled power. But Shadow apparently disappointed Ravi Teja and was presumably in a thought that going ahead with Power movie at this point would be risky to him. It is known that Ravi Teja's career graph has dipped in the recent past due to series of flops. And any flop at this moment can literally up side down his career.

Anyway, Ravi Teja is coming up with his film Balupu, which has Shruti Haasan in the lead role soon. So, if Balupu scores success to Ravi Teja, then he might say okay to Meher Ramesh's power.
