The very sensational model turned actress Poonam Pandey said she achieved whatever she needed through controversy and currently she don't need anything sort of . The bombshell was in Hyderabad for the music launch of her first Telugu film 'Malini & Co.'

Speaking to the media, the Nasha actress said, “At one point of time, I preferred controversy. Now I don't need to do anything controversial. I have achieved whatever I wanted through controversy.” Talking about the movie, “Though I was offered many roles, I preferred 'Malini & Co' because it has something new. My role is special. You may see me in bikini but the movie has much more than that,” said Poonam.

Malini & Co is directed by Veeru K which has the backdrop of terrorism. The shooting of the film has wrapped recently and would be releasing in the month of January.
