1,865 Posts In Telangana Revenue, Panchayat Raj Departments To Be Filled?:- The Telangana government on Friday accorded permission to fill 1,865 posts in Revenue and Panchayat Raj departments.

The Telangana Public Service Commission has been ordered by the government to release notification for the recruitment at the earliest. To release the notification next week, the TSPSC is making arrangements. The 1,865 vacancies include 1,506 in revenue and 359 posts for Panchayat Raj.Over 700 village revenue officers (VROs) and 400 junior assistants/typists will be recruited.

The cadre-wise recruitment in the department includes deputy collectors -8, deputy tahsildars – 38, district registrars – 7, sub registrars – 22, deputy surveyors – 210, junior assistants in Registration Department – 50, junior assistants in CCLA – 21 and computer draftsmen – 50.

In the Panchayat Raj Department, out of 349 posts 277 are of assistant executive engineers and 82 posts of assistant engineers.
