CCD Founder VG Siddhartha Goes Missing:- Coffee Day Groups founder VG Siddhartha went missing from last night. He left to Mangaluru in his Innova vehicle last night and stopped at Ullal bridge. He went missing thereafter. His phone was not reachable and his family members are left worried with the sudden disappearance of Siddhartha. He asked his driver to stop the car when they were passing through the river Nethravathi. Siddhartha said that he wanted to walk for some distance and asked the driver to go ahead. The driver could not trace him and called Siddhartha but could not reach him.

Search operations are conducted across the river and expert swimmers are on this process. Dog squad reached the spot and the dog stopped in the middle of the bridge. Local fishermen are also on the spot. Siddhartha has been in talks with Coca Cola to offer a stake in Coffee Day.  VG Siddhartha owns 15,000 acres of coffee estates and he floated Cafe Coffee Day in 1996 in Bengaluru and he owns 1750 stores across the country. He married the daughter of former Karnataka Chief Minister SM Krishna’s daughter, and the couple has two children.
