AP High Court Dismisses Petitions On Three Capitals:- The government of Andhra Pradesh decided to go with three capitals for the state and several petitions are filed in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The petition over the three capitals came for hearing in the High Court today. The court dismissed all the supplementary petitions that are filed and it also dismissed the petitions about the petitions of the capital. Some of the lawyers attended the case in the court while the others presented their arguments online. The final hearing about the petition of the three capitals is underway in the High Court.
The AP Government filed an affidavit about the camp office with a guest house in Visakhapatnam and it was heard by the High Court. The government said that a guest house is currently being constructed in Visakhapatnam, the farmers of Amaravati filed a petition that this guest house would soon be turned into a camp office of the Chief Minister. The farmers said that the guest house is being built on a large scale. The High Court said that it would hear the arguments of the other petitioners that are pending in the court after which the final decision would be announced by the court.
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh said that the petitions will be heard on regular basis.
