AP Government Spending A Whopping Amount For Pastors:- The government of Andhra Pradesh is criticized and is in news for the wrong reasons. The Christians in the state are given utmost priority and the attacks on Hindus, Hindu temples increased on a record note. The Centre even warned about the ongoing religious conversions in the state which reached all time high. But the AP Government is not much bothered about the same. A special allowance of Rs 5000 is granted for the pastors per month and a total number of 29,880 pastors are identified and are eligible for the allowances. All the district collectors approved the pastors recently.

For these 29,880 pastors, a whopping amount of Rs 14.94 crores will be spent per month. This would be given for four years which is equal to 717,12,00,000. This will be a huge number considering the budget and financial goings of Andhra Pradesh. The people of the state are questioning about why the government is spending such a huge amount for the pastors. Some of them revealed that the income generated through the Hindu temples is diverted, misused and the government of AP is spending hundreds of crores for pastors.
