New Registration Rates in Andhra Pradesh:- Andhra Pradesh government has hiked the market value from June 1st, which would affect the registration cost and land rates in AP. The Department of Stamps is yet to get the official orders. But the joint collectors have directed the registers and sub-registers about the new hike in the land rates of the state.
Depending on the area development and nearer to highways, the Andhra Pradesh government has hiked the rate that is nearly in 2318 areas. About 10 per cent to 30 per cent hike will be reflected. While the prime areas will see a hike of 50 per cent. While the areas closer to the national highway will go up to 75 per cent.
The rates were revised last year before the new districts were formed and now after a year, Government has revised the land rates again. The new towns that are formed after the revision was exempted from the hike. This would reflect the tremendous growth in the revenue of the state.
