Criminal case will be generally laid on the people who do some type of harm to the fellow beings. But how about a criminal case on a lady who pruned the tree beyond the limit ?, seems to be interesting right ?, lets explore more details.
A lady was arrested for criminal damage and kept in a police cell for six hours over claims that she pruned an overhanging tree too much.
Karen Gaynor, a 53-year-old women was accused of pruning the tree beyond its level where the tree is now found dead completely. The owner of the tree put a criminal damage case on the lady and now she is trying to prove, she is not guilty.
Most of the times, she said that the branches were cut down before hand. She is not eligible to be targeted in the case anyway. But, the owner seriously condemns her argument, that there is no other person who could garden their place.
The Crown Prosecution Service said Ms Gaynor's pruning "went way beyond the lawful excuse" and caused "unnecessary damage".
The case is still doing rounds around the court, and there is no proper clarity of whom to believe or what circumstances were hidden in it. But, lets pray that the poor gardener comes out of the case very soon.
