The Telangana Bill was introduced in Rajya Sabha short while ago by Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde. Amidst agitations of Seemandhra MPs, Shinde read out the introduction of Telangana bill. Congress MPs surrounded Shinde for protection while he was introdcing and stopped the Seemandhra MPs.

Interestingly main opposition BJP leader Arun Jaitley has issued a notice that the Telangana Bill is against the Constitution of India. As the agitations grew, Speaker of the Upper house adjourned it for ten minutes. So with BJP issuing notice, Telangana Bill may not get passed in Rajya Sabha.
