Chandrababu Naidu Arrest Updates:- On September 9th Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in Nandyal and shifted to Vijayawada. On the 10th of September Anti Corruption Bureau court sent CBN to 14 days of judicial custody, that is till the 23rd of September alleging scam in the Skill Development corruption case.

CBN is provided home-cooked food, medication and a special room in jail. The court granted these special facilities to the TDP Supreme considering his health and age condition. The former CM also provided Z plus category security as the 73-year-old senior leader is suspected of having a life threat. ACB court has directed the superintendent of Rajahmundry Central Prison to take care of all necessary needs.

Chandrababu Naidu should be produced before the court on 22nd September before 10:30 AM. Soon after the court ordered custody, the TDP cadre announced a state-wide bandh in the state as a protest to Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest. He was sent into custody after several hours of arguments from his counsellor Siddharth Luthra. Naidu is the primary accused in the case involving Rs 371 Cr funds of the government transferred to shell companies.

Besides this only Chandrababu Naidu’s council members are expected to meet him so as to discuss the legal formalities. Nara Lokesh and of the family members is also not expected to meet CBN in jail today.
