Mr. Cricket Michael Hussey has been roped as consultant for South Africa cricket team ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup which is due to begin next weekend. Cricket boards of South Africa and Australia have confirmed Hussey's appointment as consultant for the former team and he will be working with coach Russell Domingo. The 39 year old middle order batsmen is regarded as one of the finest finishers of the game who has played 185 ODIs for Aussie and scored over 5000 runs at an average of 48.

South Africa which has a bad habit of performing poorly during the knock outs in major tournaments like the World Cup, hopes to break the ice this time. The South African squad looks quite balanced and the African nation wants to make it to the final at all cost. The team has been placed in Group B and will play their first match with fellow African team Zimbabwe.

Anyways, we have to see whether Micheal Hussey's inclusion can bring any difference or not.
