A study says that frequent eating will lead to heart related problems and this would have an impact on your cardiovascular health. The frequent eating is associated with the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer. The study is published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, published by Elsevier. The research was also done on the type of food taken. Eating outside food will increase the risk of heart related issues.
The US Department of Agriculture estimated that the daily intake of food increased from 17 percent (1977-1978) to 34 percent (2011-2012). The number of restaurants have increased over these years. Several restaurants have been delivering food to your doorstep. Some of the restaurants deliver low-quality food and this too will have an impact on one's health. The meal away from home will have higher energy, fat, sodium and lower protective nutrients. The risk of mortality is increased in the recent years. The journal conducted a research on 35,084 adults who are aged 20 and above. A detailed research was conducted and it concluded that more the intake of food, more the risk to heart.
