Aromatherapy pedicure at home

What could be better after a tiring day than something like a pedicure for which you have to shell literally nothing and go to no special place but your home?

This homemade pedicure with the properties of aromatherapy is sure to freshen you and soothe the tired, rough feet.

With the therapy having the goodness of essential oils, foot scrub, and garnished with some trendy nail polish your feet are sure to feel and look pretty, whether you move around strutting like a peacock barefoot or  if soft toes peek out of your footwear.

All you have to do is trim the toenails after clipping them gently. Take care so that you clip them a little further up the nail bed.

Immerse your feet in warm water, preferably in a tub. To the warm water add essential oils after you immerse your feet. These essential oils provide you with the benefits of aromatherapy. Wait for 10 minutes to make the most of the therapy.

With a pumice stone exfoliate the rough skin by rubbing gently. If you have a few rough spots and cracks use the stone a little longer on the spots to achieve the desired effect. Then dip the feet in water again.

Apply foot sugar or salt scrubs to both the feet and rub gently to remove the dried skin from the entire area.

Dry your feet immediately with a towel and generously massage foot lotion, mint or lavender variants are better choices, to the feet and rub till its completely absorbed.

Apply two coats of your choicest nail paint and let them dry for 20 minutes. Tadah! You have the prettiest pair of feet before you!
