Board exams are not very far away and students have problems focusing on the subject and making the most of their time. The Pomodoro Technique is going to come in handy for such students having a hard time with the big books and big goals ahead of them:
Once you fix on the tasks for the day, set the timer to 25 mins and start reading until the timer goes off. Soon after it rings, go for a 3-5 min brisk walk or any other break before resuming work. Continue doing the same and look how efficiently your brain can remember the information. Every four breaks take a bigger break of 15-30 mins depending on the time available.
This technique can be used by any person for any kind of scheduled task.
