Engineering Classes In Telangana To Commence From August 17th:- Telangana Chief Minister KCR has been meeting the officials of the Telangana Education Department from the past couple of days. The meetings are going on and with the arrival of coronavirus, the Telangana government is in plans to be extra cautious and strengthen the government educational institutions across the state. The government is in plans to meet various educationalists, professionals and other officials, collect their feedback, suggestions about the steps to be taken for the academic year in this coronavirus pandemic. The government of Telangana decided to follow the guidelines of UGC, AICTE in conducting the schools, classes, completion of the syllabus and conducting the examinations in the state.

KCR took some crucial decisions about the upcoming classes, courses and examinations. The final year examinations of degree, PG and engineering will be conducted as per the academic sanctity following the guidelines of UGC and AICTE. All the other students would be promoted to their next classes without conducting any examinations informed KCR. The new academic year for engineering students in Telangana will commence from August 17th. The Telangana government will conduct entrance examinations and start the academic year for other courses at the earliest said KCR. It is unclear as of now if the classes are conducted online or if the engineering students would be asked to attend the colleges.
