‘Jai Bolo Telangana’ movie thumps KCR

The success of freshly  released movie ‘Jai Bolo Telangana’ seems to have lifted up the spirits of K.Chandrasekhar Rao, TRS chief.  KCR, in the company of  Telangana Praja Front Jai Bolo Telangana, KCR, Gaddar, Jagapathi babu, Meera Nandan, Telangana Praja FrontPresident, Balladeer, Gaddar, went yesterday  to watch the movie being screened at RTC X roads’ Sudarshan Theatre.  Talking to the waiting pressmen outside the theatre, KCR told them that he was just too thrilled to enjoy watching the movie as the movie rightly portrayed the aspirations of the people from the telangana region.

Further, he asked the people too to enjoy themselves watching the movie while extolling the direction of Shanker.  Also, he suggested the director, Shanker to take the Hindi version of the movie pointing to the significant presence of Telangana people in north India. The movie hinges on the long standing wishes of the  region’s campaign for a separate Telangana state. The starcast includes hero Jagapathi Babu, heroine Meera Nandan. Also, BJP party member, Bollywood TV actress Smriti Irani plays  the lead role in the movie. The movie was released on 4th Feb across the globe in 700 theatres.

Prior to its releasing date,  the movie ran in to bit controversy over the Censor Board’s refusal to give clearance certificate for taking some objectionable scenes in the movie. Subsequently, TRS activists sat on dharna at the Censor Office demanding the release of the movie with out any cuts.  However, the film director later agreed to take off the scenes as suggested by the Censor Board paving for the release of the film.
