The state government has responded positively to the request made seeking the transfer of teachers in the state. The sources said that the schedule of transfers is likely to be released on Friday. It may be noted that the transfers were supposed to take place long back. These transfers were kept pending due to election code of conduct.

Election code is goingto be concluded on June 18 and therefore the Government is most likely to release the schedule. Meanwhile, the joint action committee of teaches stated that transfers would be started from July 3.
