Gudur MLA Kodali Nani, who met YSRC honorary president Vijayamma this morning, has met her son and the president of the party YS Jaganmohan Reddy at Chanchalguda jail in Hyderabad. Before his meeting, YS Vijayamma and Y Bharati met Jaganmohanmohan Reddy during a mulakath at the jail. The sources said that Vijayamma told Jagan about the interest shown by Kodali Nani to join YSR Congress party. And moments after mulakath, Kodali Nani met Jaganmohan Reddy.

The political circles opined that in case Kodali Nani joins YSRC, then it would cost TDP dearly especially in Krishna district. If buzz is to believed, Kodali Nani apparently has backing from actor NTR Jr and the sources said all the fans of NTR will vote for Kodali Nani and needless to mention that NTR has huge fan base in Krishna district. However, rumours are rife that to put a check to Kodali Nani, TDP is going to field NTR as MLA candidate in Gudiwada during 2014 general elections.
