AP Assembly and Council is going to start the winter session from December 12.

Speaker of the Assembly Nadendla Manohar had discussions with the police higher officials today morning. It came to know that the Speaker wanted to ensure tight security at Assembly and surroundings.

The Assembly session now is going to get importance because of the AP State Reorganizational Bill 2013 approved by the Union Cabinet and sent to the President is expected to reach Assembly in this session.  Legislative Affairs Minister Sreedhara Babu said that the bill is going to come the Assembly for discussion. As per the Government it will only be a formality but the Seemandhra MLA have determined to press for a vote on it and defeat it in the Assembly.

As the tension grips the political field of the state with sentiments rising from all the regions in the State, the Assembly is going to pass a crucial stage for which the Government and all the officials are gearing up to ensure a problem free Assembly Session.
