Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has declared his assets for the fourth consecutive time. Chandrababu Naidu and his family total assets are valued at Rupees 38.92 crores and when compared to the previous year at Rs 41.70 crores, the total value has dropped. However, there is a increase in Chandrababu and his daughter-in-law assets.
In 2013, Chandrababu's individual assets are valued at Rs 42.06 lakhs while currently they stand at Rs Rs 70.69 lakhs. The liquid cash available in bank is valued at Rs 45.96 lakhs while his bungalow in Jubilee Hills is value at Rs 23.20 lakhs and 1993 model ambassador car is valued at Rs 1.52 lakhs. The AP CM's wife Bhuneswari assets stand at Rs 30.59 crores when compared to the previous year, there is a drop of Rs 2.46 crores in her assets.
Chandrababu also revealed the assets of his son Nara Lokesh. At Rs 3.57 crores, Lokesh properties are valued and apart from this he was two bullet-proof Toyota Fortuner cars, five acres of land in Madinaguda in Hyderabad, 8.4 acres in Maharashtra, 3.17 acres in Hubli in Karnataka. Chandrababu also declared amount of share, his family members have in Heritage companies. He said there 15 promoters whose share is 40 per cent, various other companies have a share of 24 per cent and individuals have 36 per cent share. The total value of Heritage is 462 crores and its turnover is Rs 1772 crores. For the financial year 2013-14, Heritage ended with a profit of Rs 45.31 crores. Chandrababu also said, three lakh farmers work with Heritage while 3,858 are directly and over 14,000 indirectly working for the company.
The AP CM also wished that all his cabinet ministers declare their assets like him which can bring a good impression on the party as well as on the government.
