Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu administered oath to members of the newly-constituted party committees with a call to get into the power even in Telangana, along with Andhra Pradesh in the next elections and said that, there would be a progress report on each TDP leader, in the central committee.
Yesterday, TDP’s central committee members, in which Nara Lokesh, newly appointed TDP general secretary, took the oath at NTR Bhavan, under Naidu’s administration.
Speaking at the meeting, Naidu said that, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao brought the party into power, in just 9 months of his entry into the politics and said that, it is the pride of Telugu people for ever. Bringing the non congress parties into the country, he formed the National Front. TDP played a significant role during the National Front, the United Front and the NDA governments in the country.
TDP owns Telangana people too- Naidu
Chandrababu Naidu said that, though TDP party won in Andhra Pradesh, the party leaders are equally concerned about Tenagnaa people too, along with AP people. As the opposition party in Telangana, the party will always be ready to fight against the Telangana government, for the welfare of the people.
Progress report to calculate TDP leaders efficiency
Speaking about the newly formed central committee, Naidu said, “Though there are a few new members in the committee, the government will make sure that, all the leaders work properly. Regarding this, a progress report concept on each leader, for every three months is set up, so that it improves the efficiency of the leader and strives to work for the people better every month.”
KCR says TDP is weak in Telangana
If Naidu is administering the leaders to get into the power in Telangana, on the other side, Telangana Chief Minister KCR expressed his confidence to retain the power in the 2019 elections, saying that, the opposition parties are weak.

It is to be noted that, Naidu lost power in Telangana, as the state is formed after years of struggle and within few months of the formation of the state, the elections are conducted. So the people are very much concerned about Telangana people and wished only the Telangana people to come into the power. That is the reason for KCR, to sit on the CM chair.
But that heat might not continue till 2019 and moreover, farmer suicides are bringing negative effect on TRS government and is thus paving the way for fresh government in the state. But KCR is trying his best to inculcate the Telangana feeling among the people. So nothing can be estimated that easily, until 2019 election results were out.
