Quitting Congress: DS, Botsa, Anam and next?

In the current situation, gaining the lost fame could be tough for the Congress party. Estimating this on the beforehand, senior leaders are quitting the party back to back.

Congress had already lost very experienced leaders like D Srinivas, Botsa Satyanarayana and now Anam brothers.

All these leaders had quit, with not more gap. So the analysts say that, there is a scope of more number of Congress leaders to quit the party, believing that, it has no scope in the Telugu states. The recent Warangal by-poll results strengthened the buzz more, as Congress could not even get the deposits.

Now all eyes are on the next leader to quit Congress. Raghuveera Reddy, Chiranjeevi and few other leaders are in a good understanding and there are very less chances of them to be out of the party. In fact, it is their understanding that made the leaders like Anam brothers isolated and so had to quit, with no choice left.

Danam Nagendar to quit Congress next?

So, as per that logic, Danam Nagendar, who is not under Raghuveera group, has more chances to be in the queue of quitting the party.

During the MLC elections in Telangana, Danam was hurt, when the high command opted Akula Lalitha as the contestant for the MLC elections. He said Lalitha would not be the right candidate, as she is from Nizamabad.

He urged to opt a candidate from the greater limits, but putting his request aside, Centre went forward with Akula Lalitha and it was then, he resigned from 'Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee (GHCC) Chief.

Finally, Danam’s speculation has turned true, after Lalitha lost the seat. Since then, he  was reportedly deeply hurt by the things going on in the party and is reportedly deciding to quit the party, regarding which, the announcement can be expected anytime.
