People under 18 years are considered as the kids by the government, but several incidents in the past has proved that, even people below 18 years can do many worst things, like the elders.

Proving the fact one more time, four 15 year old students in Mumbai called her girl classmate, for the combined studies. The 15 year old girl, who lost her father  and is living at her grandmother’s house, was unaware of the cruel mentality and went to their place. Immediately after going, they locked the doors and started raping the minor girl.

Not stopping there, they even shot the entire incident through the video camera and warned her to upload on the internet, if at all she shouts or tell the issue to anyone. Left with no option, the girl maintained mum.

But even then, the miscreants had uploaded the video on the internet and that video has gone viral on Whatsapp and even reached the girl’s aunt.

It was then, the issue came out. The aunt questioned the girl about the video and the girl explained her the entire incident.

The girl’s relatives, who could not take this, complained to the police and all the boys are arrested.   
 
Being minors, the court ordered the police to transfer all the miscreants to the Juvenile home.

In the present world, maturity may come after 18 years, but the cruelty has no age. It might take birth at any point of time. This 15 year old, students proved it one more time. Is there still any need to treat these scoundrels as minors?
