EC Slams Dhinakaran Faction For Violating The Code:- A shocking video of Tamil Nadu Ex Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has been released which has been shaking the internet. The hospital video showcases Jaya sipping a juice on the hospital bed. Sasikala and TTV Dhinakaran supporter P Vetrivel released the video which was during her treatment in the Chennai Apollo Hospitals. The Electoral officer Rajesh Lakhoni called the act 'a violation of the guidelines before the polls'.

Vetrivel held a press conference today after which he released the video. He clarified that TTV Dhinakaran is not aware about the video. A formal complaint will be filed by the returning officer Praveen P Nair against Vetrivel and TTV Dhinakaran. They violated section 126 (1)b of the Representation of People's Act (RPA) informed the Electoral officer. A strict action is expected to be taken against them informed a close source to the Election Commission.
