AP Govt to Acquire Chandra Babu's Residence:- Andhra Pradesh Government stood focused in digging out the corruption that took place during TDP's term. The Praja Vedika built by ex-Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu was demolished already and his residence has been served notices. Chandra Babu several times confirmed that his residence that was built on the banks of Krishna river belonged to the government of Andhra Pradesh. YSRCP during their opposition days blamed Chandra Babu for staying in someone's house.
Babu clarified that the building was erected with government's money and the property belongs to AP Government. Now the new Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is in plans to acquire the residence of Chandra Babu instead of demolishing the property. After losing power, Chandra Babu penned a letter to YS Jagan requesting him to allow to stay in the residence as the Leader of the Opposition. But, YS Jagan seems to have bigger plans and acquire the property.
