As per the information received from reliable sources the former Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and former PCC president are making plans for their political career and eying on BJP in that attempt.
After the State Reorganization Bill 2014 was passed the Samaikyandhra movement has subsided and the party floated Kiran Kumar Reddy with the name after the movement- Jai Samaikyandhra did not click as expected by him. The leaders of the Congress party either joined TDP, YSRCP or BJP. Now with the political future looking far from encouraging for him, he sent some of his aides to BJP as sources say.
Similarly, Botsa Satyanarayana who was simply stripped off the position of PCC President by Congress party after PCC was divided. Raghuveera Reddy was made PCC president for the Andhra Pradesh minus Telangana region. That is why he lost interest in the party activities like Bus Yatra as observers say.
They both are sending feelers to BJP to understand the chances of joining the party. But it is not just joining a party as everyone knows. One can join a party any time but the question is of chances of getting prominent position in the joining party. Seniors do not change parties just to become fresh or juniors in the parties. But the decision to join BJP is delayed and now with the already joined leaders BJP has a problem in seat adjustments for the 2014 elections as TDP with which BJP is making alliance also has its own problems in accommodating its leaders and also new entrants in the party.
