Government exams, Government exams, Government exams.. the fever is all over. The notifications are doing rounds across the country. Few of them are state wide exams and others are nation wide. Whatever the competition is very heavy in all those exams.

If inquired into the details of why these exams has this craze, the point is simple and straight. They are  government exams where the salaries, stability, benefits and rest others are guaranteed.

Why these kinds of benefits are not able to be provided by the private jobs ?. If this is the question, lets make an analysis and find if there might be any solution.

Salaries in private companies : Needless to say that even the private companies offer good salaries, but whenever the company incurs losses in few situations, then left with no choice, it will cut or at least reduce the salary amount. This is the usual thing that any private company might do at any point of time. But whereas for a government employee, whatever the situations in the state or country, the salaries will never be a problem.

Stability : In the critical situations where the company is unable to pay the salaries, it will have to remove few employees to decrease the burden, whereas the government employees can never be removed from the employment unless and until if the person is involved in any illegal activities connected with the job.

The benefits and others are anyway available in both private and government jobs, but when compared to private, the benefits of government employees are more.

Anyway, not only these, there are other reasons which are drawing people towards government jobs like, non availability of  more private jobs, only skilled and students who secured high percentage are mostly preferred.
