No Foreign Loans for Telangana:- After state bifurcations, the situations across the Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana changed rapidly. Both the states have been following their own ways getting investments to develop the employment facilities in their states. The latest update is that the Telangana government has not acquired any loan from a foreign bank till date after the formation of the new state. However things are different with AP as they have been bringing finances from Asian Development Bank and World Bank.

Telangana state has not proposed any project during their meeting with the World Bank officials in the recent times. AP is said to have taken Rs 4700 crores for the development of state which includes projects of road, drinking water and power. Telangana government is said to have been following innovative ways for developing the state. KTR has been quite focused and he is said to have impressed many pan Indian companies to invest big in and around Hyderabad. When AP is currently in deep financial debts, Telangana is said to be in safe zone and is utilizing the budget which is meeting the limitations.
