Supreme Court Orders CBI Probe in Sushant Singh Rajput's Case:- Sushant Singh Rajput's death mystery took several turns. The Mumbai cops are investigating the matter after which Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh registered a complaint in Patna. The Centre wanted the CBI to take over the case and Sushant Singh Rajput's alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty filed a petition in the Supreme Court. The apex court made a sensational decision asking the CBI to hand over the case and complete the investigation at the earliest. Justice Hrishikesh Roy pronounced the verdict today. Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh said that they would take a call after the verdict from the Supreme Court is out. The Supreme Court as predicted ordered a CBI probe in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

The top court asked the Mumbai police to hand over all the pieces of evidence collected to the CBI. The Supreme Court said that the Bihar government has all the right to refer the Patn FIR lodged by late Sushant Singh's father KK Singh. The Supreme Court also said that CBI will investigate everything related to Sushant Singh Rajput's death. CBI will be the sole authority to probe into Sushant Singh Rajput's case and no state cops can interfere into it said the top court. Vikas Singh, the lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput said that they would get the justice very soon. He said that it is the victory for Sushant Singh's family.
