This was the offer given by an iPhone store. So, to get a new phone a man changed his real name to iPhone 7 just to win it for free. Weird right!
Olexander Turin (20) has changed his name to ‘iPhone Sim Seven’ after the iPhone store in Kiev announced an offer to the first five customers who would change their real names to iPhone 7 to get it free. The iPhone 7 costs £760 (23,499 HAT) in Ukraine. The cost varies from one country to another because of foreign exchange rates and international fees.
Seven’s sister said, “It was difficult to accept that and hard to believe it’s true.” She added, “Each person in this world is looking for a way to express himself. Why not to do that in this way?”
The 20-year-old was usually awarded his gift on Friday. He said “would consider changing my name back when I have children.”Another man said “would also change my name on Twitter.”
