FSSAI suggests soy foods in everyone's diet:- The proteins in plants are the best way to boost up the fibre intake in humans.It is always important to take adequate amount of fibre along with protein for improving the immunity of the body. Soy foods help you to get the required amount of protein and fibre in your body. Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) share the list of soy foods and here are some of them:
Soy foods are made from soybeans which grow in pods that contain seeds. They are rich in proteins which makes a popular vegetarian diet. Soy foods are rich in fibre and proteins. They are the source of omege-3 fatty acids and have lactose. They are glutten free and have low saturated fat. Soy foods like soy granules, tofu, nuggests, soy milk and flour are used.
