‘Nanna’ fame Aamla Paul, who acted as a Wife of Hero Vikram in that film, was initially a bit upset she not being given importance in the promos, trailers and all the promotional activities of the film. It seems, Aamla also expressed her anguish with her close pals, of another Heroine Anushka being given all the attention and she being side lined.
Post ‘Nanna’s release in both Telugu and Tamil languages, Aamla Paul started getting recognition on her performance, and also started getting many acting assignments.
In this process, Aamla Paul has bagged an exciting opportunity, as per the sources from K – Town. Super Star Rajni Kanth’s Elder Daughter Aishwarya, who has married K – Town’s popular Hero Dhanush, is all set to Direct a film, starring her hubby as a Hero. As of now, the pre production work is going on. It seems, Aamla Paul has been finalized to play a female lead in this film.
Earlier, Aishwarya was keen in casting Sruthi Hassan for this role. Since, Sruthi could not manage her other shooting schedules, with this film, Aishwarya started looking out for an option and finally found Aamla Paul.
